The below information was taken from AionSource, and is accurate to my knowledge.
I. BASE CHARACTER STATS
(HP) is going to directly affect the amount of health your character has
(MP) is going to directly affect the amount of mana your character has
(Power) defines a character's basic physical strength and affects physical damage inflicted on enemies during combat.
(Health) defines a character's basic hit points and hit point recovery.
(Agility) Agility reduce damage taken in PvP. For every 10 agility = about 1% damage deduction
(Accuracy) determines whether your attack will do full damage, blocked, parried, or is evaded
(Knowledge) Increases your damage output and accuracy in PvP. For every 10 knowledge = about 1% damage increase
(Will) defines a character's basic mana points and mana point recovery
II. WEAPON RELATED STATS
A. Main Hand/Off-Hand
(Attack) Attack damage granted by main hand weapon
(Accuracy) Affecting chance to miss or be parried
(Crit Rate) As it says, the rate you will land a critical blow
(Atk Speed) Affects the frequency or speed of your melee attacks
(Speed) Affects your run speed
(Magic Boost) Increases the amount of magical damage done to enemy (not sure of any coefficients used to calculate or if it is a direct translation
(Magic Acc) Increases the chance your spells will land, decreasing the number of resists
III. DEFENSIVE STATS
(Physical Def) Reduces the amount of incoming damage
(Evasion) Increases your chance to avoid physical damage completely
(Block) Increases the amount of damage mitigated (shield)
(Parry) Increases your chance to avoid physical damage completely
(Magical Res) Increases the amount of magical damage mitigated
(Fire Res) Increases the amount of Fire damage mitigated
(Wind Res) Increases the amount of Wind damage mitigated
(Water Res) Increases the amount of Water damage mitigated
(Earth Res) Increases the amount of Earth damage mitigated
IV. ADDED in Patch Version 1.5
(Cast Speed Increase) Not sure if this will effect the cool time of certain abilities, but one can be sure it will reduce the cast time.
(Increase Threat) Increase the amount of threat your damage and abilities will cause.
(Decrease Threat) Reduce the amount of threat generated by damage and healing.
